5. If you find out that you show a number of the bad qualities of behaviour and character, assert to yourself frequently, that every time you show these qualities or behaviour, you will be aware and conscious of them, and you must do your vest to keep away from them.
6. Play a mental scene in your mind and the way you would want to behave. Recur it for a lot of times in a day, every day.
